Christmas Cut-Outs

This was the first year that the girls helped with a family tradition...making my grandmother's recipe for Christmas cut-0uts.  I believe that they had lots of fun icing and decorating the cookies.  A little too much fun with the red sprinkles while my back was turned!!

Yesterday morning our eye doctor had a Santa event.

HallZOOween

Andy had to get some work done today so I braved it and took the kids to HallZOOween on my own.  They were really great.  It was a pleasant trip.  We all had a good time.  It started off quite chilly, but the sun came out and it was a beautiful afternoon.  We only saw three animals - an elephant, some bears, and some monkeys.  However, we hit every treat station right on time without lines.  And got mini pumpkins from the pumpkin patch.  And the girls visited the Beauty Shop of Horrors for fingernail painting, tattoos, and colored braid hair extensions.  Fun had by all!

Dance Recital

We went over to the Lorenz chaos house this weekend.  The girls had so much fun playing dress-up, etc.  They even had a dance show for us from the fireplace.  At first Josie (the "instructor") was NOT happy that we were filming..."No cameras during ballet!!"  But then she granted us camera time and happily posed for us.
