French Braid!

Stella LOVES small braids in her hair.  I've tried french braiding it in the past, but it's been too short and too fine.  However, today was successful.  And she thought it was a big deal that I spritzed a little hair spray on it at the end...such a big girl!  So we took pictures.  Well, then Charlotte wanted pictures of her hair.  And then they decided Henry needed a picture...so ENJOY!

DOUBLE!!

At our house, Cheerios are quite frequent.  Andy has taught the girls about the "double", "triple" and "boat".  Here Stella has found a double and a boat.  These are usually screamed at the top of their lungs as though they've got a "BINGO!"

A boat is when the cheerio looks like a sail boat:

A double just means 2 are stuck together, but not in boat-fashion:

Fun times at our house during breakfast...fun times.

Walking Weather

Charlotte Packs It Up

We were heading out to my mom's yesterday for dinner.  Charlotte announced she was ready to go.  I looked up and she sure was...had her baby in the carrier and her purse...just like mommy!  It's fun to watch her with dolls...she imitates everything.  (Much more than Stella ever has.)

Drinking Milk from the Cereal Bowls

The girls LOVE drinking the milk from their cereal bowls - taught by daddy.  Yesterday was PJ Day at daycare so we followed it up with breakfast for dinner:

The girls got some new hand-me-downs and these rain coats were part of the loot!  They love them.  THANKS

Henry started rice cereal over the weekend and added some sweet potatoes this evening.  However, I think he loves his toes the most!
