Stella LOVES playing with her fridge letters and watching Leap Frog's Letter Factory. I have a feeling she is going to be a big reader like me.

Mismatched

Stella dressed herself today. Shoes don't quite match, but she was happy. That's all that matters.

Sand Castles

No picture. However, a quick and funny story. Lately we've read a lot of books to Stella that have sand castles in them - Dora at the beach, etc. And she points to the castles in the princess book we have. And she just played in the sand with James & Adam at my mom's on Saturday. Yesterday we had to drive through downtown Cincinnati and Stella was awake and talking to us the whole time pointing out every shape, sign, and color along the way. Suddenly she points to a church and a tall building and exclaims, "Look mama!!! SAND CASTLES!!! I build sand castles at grandma's!!"

Her crazy big sister!! Stella amuses Charlotte every night at dinner time. It's great!

Sleeping Beauty

Charlotte had such a hard time napping the past few days. Yesterday was quite bad in that area. She was not content anywhere - in your arms, in the swing, etc. I finally had to put her back on the floor in order to take Stella up for her nap. I came back down to silence. Charlotte finally gave in!

From Candy Bars to T-shirts

Back when I was little, you were extremely lucky to get a candy bar at the check-out lane if you were good in the grocery store. Well, I'm a sucker. Yesterday we were all at Walmart and I saw this t-shirt on the clearance rack for $3. I showed it to Andy & Stella and she said, "MY PRINCESSES!!" and then named all of them. Needless to say, it became hers.
