The First Zoo Trip of the Year

Last Friday the girls and I met Papa Kenny, Cathy and James at the Zoo for the day. It was sunny and warm. Everyone had a great time!

Bucher Easter

On Sunday afternoon we went to my aunt and uncle's for another Easter Egg Hunt and Easter dinner. Eight of the 14 great grandkids were there. Stella had a lot of fun playing with the other kids. My dad was in town so the girls enjoyed that as well. (We all went to the zoo on Friday - pictures coming!)

The Easter Baskets!

At our house, the Easter Bunny visits while we are at church. We prefer to go to an early morning mass and this reduces distractions while we are getting ready and also kept Stella on her best behavior during mass this year - "The Easter Bunny is watching and will skip our house if you are not a good girl!" Below Stella is looking for the baskets when we returned home:Charlotte was not so concerned about the baskets...just happy to be allowed to carry around her sippy cup:Found!!Checking out all of the goodies. Our baskets are 95% toys/trinkets and 5% plastic eggs filled with chocolate eggs.
