Louisville Trip

This one is for Mamaw and Pops and the Pates.  The kids and I went to Louisville Friday and visited with the cousins and spent the night.  The girls had a blast getting into all of Callie's awesome toys and Henry got lots of attention.  Sam & Callie had b-ball games Saturday morning.  They looked so cute in their uniforms.  And check out Callie's hair bow...she makes it look adorable if I do say so myself!  Her team colors are black and white and I had some b-ball ribbon...so I whipped it up for her.

Sleeping Beauties

I still can't resist taking pictures of the girls when they sleep. And, yes, Charlotte is back to sleeping on the floor...at least she's sleeping!

Charlotte's Feeling Much Better!

Here is a picture of Charlotte after she got home from the doctor and Urgent Care Monday night.  She was such a trooper.  No flu, no strep, no ear infection, no pneumonia...just a nasty virus.  Yuck.  She's holding on to her stickers that she got for being such a brave girl during the chest x-ray.  Is winter over yet?

Stella loves Alphie

Stella asked Papa Kenny for a robot for Christmas - one that would play games with her.  Lucky girl got an Alphie and LOVES him.  She particularly loves his funny comments when she gets things correct.  Her favorite (you will hear in the video) is when he says, "Is there anything you don't know?"

I am surprised at how many people don't remember Alphie.  I had one when I was a kid.  Click HERE for a picture of him in the 80s.

Snow Day

It finally warmed up enough today to let Stella and Charlotte go outside and play in the snow.  Charlotte only lasted about 5 minutes, but Stella LOVED it.  Henry napped during most of it!

The High School Gang of Kids

There were 5 of us girls that hung out in high school.  Every January one of these dear high school girlfriends hosts all of our families for a dinner.  Above is a picture of all of our kids.  Eight girls and three boys.  There is one more boy on the way - so next year there will be even more chaos to control!
