This doll dresser is from my mom's childhood. I remember playing with it when I was a little girl. I'd spend hours organizing the doll's "closet" - inside are drawers on one side and a hanging area on the other. Yes, I was organizing things from the very beginning. This weekend we worked on Stella's new room some more. My mom brought the beds and we hung curtains. She also brought the doll dresser. Stella loves it. She'll sit and play with the hangers for a LONG time. That's why it's still in the kitchen.
On another note, we went out last night and Stella went to the Lorenz house for awhile before Aunt Krista brought her home and put her to bed. Stella loves Josie. When we dropped her off all of us were in the kitchen for a few minutes. Unprompted, Stella went right up to Josie and gave her a kiss! It was too cute. I'd never seen her do that before - unprompted. Maybe they won't hate each other when they're teens after all.
