We have a great ice cream place near us called The Cone. http://www.thecone.com/ Today we needed a get-away after naps to keep the girls content so we headed there to get some ice cream. We realized this was Stella's first actual ice cream CONE and luckily daddy had his blackberry to get a picture. She always wants her ice cream in a cup with a spoon and we convinced her today to get a cone. It was a MESS and I think we enjoyed it more than she did. It was dripping down her arms. Although she didn't complain because it was ice cream...she did say on the way home that she her favorite was UDF because it was in a cup. We tried to explain that even though the place was called The CONE, she didn't have to get her ice cream in a cone next time. She was hesitant, but said she would return because the chocolate and sprinkles were good. Charlotte and I enjoyed our own soft serve in a cup and Andy had a "blizzard-like" yummy treat.
